Questions before you sell
How much does Aksara cost?
Starter has no monthly fee and a 8% Aksara platform fee per sale. Growth is $19 per month with a 3% fee. Scale is $59 per month with a 1% fee. Payment processing fees are separate.
What can I prepare on Aksara?
Prepare digital files, bundles and private links, such as guides, templates, lesson resources, spreadsheets and ebooks. Add clear previews, included files and buyer terms. Native paid calls have a separate availability gate.
Can buyers purchase today?
Live purchases are not available yet. You can prepare your store and save your products while you complete the setup requirements. Check the first-sale help guide for current availability.
How are payments and delivery handled?
When live Checkout is available, the connected seller's Stripe account handles the buyer payment. Aksara grants access after verified payment and delivers private files through short-lived download links. A browser success page alone does not confirm payment.
Do buyers need an Aksara account?
No. The purchase flow is designed to use Stripe Checkout and deliver access without an Aksara account. Live purchase availability still depends on the seller and product readiness checks.
Does Aksara bring me customers?
No. Aksara gives you a direct storefront for your own audience. Share your product link through social posts, your blog, email or other channels. Aksara does not provide a discovery marketplace.
